I am trying to get material together for the ATOC royal guard
and would like to know if spandex velvet is an acceptable
alternative to regular velvet. Local store currently has burgandy
spandex velvet not regular.

I am trying to get the proper materials together to make my robes. I am doing an ATOC style and was wondering if broadcloth is suitable for the outer robe lining?

I am just starting to get my costume together. I am looking to do ATOC Red Guard style. I found Sapogi Jack Boots on sovietboots.com They say they are appropriate for 501st Legion. I just want to be sure.
