It has side pickets but they line up with the seam so i didn't think they would be a issue.

Is the armor for the Shadow Guard is it the same as the Senate and Royal Guards just different color? Abdominal plate. Can I just curve a sheet of plastic then add in 3 strips of plastic with the middle one being larger? Or would I need to have them all formed into 1 sold abdominal plate? Vambrace I...

I am wondering does the Spats or any other part of the armor have to have a edge on it? I dont see anything saying they need to have that. Im wondering if this is the case can i just make a curved Spate, Shins, and rounded Vambrace from plastic without the edging like the stormtroopers have?

I have been thinking about just designing and 3d printing my own armor. If i can clean it up and smooth it out do you guys think it would be accepted?
