Re: Imperial Boots ERG
Not gonna lie, definitely wish I would've known about these robes 6 months ago when I bought a new set that was twice as expensive and looks half as nice.

Re: Boots for size12 approval needed
Didn't thd CRL actually spell out about the black boots being allowed due to reasons such as feet size etc.. at one point? It did earlier this year, however it was changed to remove the black boot option for ROTJ. ROTS still has the "caveat" of black boots, and AOTC is black boots only, n...

Re: Boots for size12 approval needed
The only real factor on the Boots if they are black leather like material and null of any ornamental detail. The CRL was changed recently and the ROTJ-style has to have the red suede boots now, although ROTS and AOTC both have the option for the jack boots. Yes the CRL says red boots. Some folks ha...

Re: Boots for size12 approval needed
The ones i have in mind are pointier at toe than that...trying to host pic Got the chance to try on the boots I mentioned previously, the fit is good and they are quite comfortable. They are definitely not "pointed" but quite satisfactorily rounded. I think finding a pointed toe shoe with...

Re: Boots for size12 approval needed
I bought these boots based on the recommendations of 2 other members doing ROTJ builds: http://www.ebay.com/itm/262755984571 I'm currently on vacation so they're sitting on my doorstep ready to be opened, but apparently after removing the extra stuff on them and cutting off a bit of the top off and ...

Re: Another visor tinting option
I actually just taped the raw window tint to the inside of my helmet because the visor from fenixprops was taking so long. From the outside it looks identical to a visor. I almost wish I hadn't got the visor at all from fenixprops since the window tint will never scratch, and I can just cut off anot...

Re: Rubies Supreme Edition Helmet
I have this helmet, it is one of the more common in the Legion from what I understand. The biggest thing is making sure the color matches your robes. Some folks will repaint theirs to be exact, but you can probably find fabric to match the helmet just as easily.

Re: Padding and visor from a motorcycle helmet
For mirror tint, there are two choices: I spoke to a coworker about cutting the motorcycle visor and he wasn't sure if there's a good way to do it. It's really thick plastic, and super tough since it's meant to resist (and did indeed do so) an impact. Since the visor from Fenix props is only about ...
