So I had a day to myself today and I decided to get the inner robe and sash cut out and sewed together. The sash took the longest to construct (go figure ). Boots ! I might have been lucky and be able to use a set of boots that I already had in storage (I have only worn them once). These have quite a low heel on them. After scouring all over Melbourne, I have found the fabric that I am happy with for the inner rober. It is a light suit fabric, and I really like the colour and feel of the fabric.
