Just want to gauge if there's demand for a metal saber pike run? Talking to a hilt maker who can fabricate the hilt and hilt extensions for us but there's a minimum quantity.

Anyone working on this?

As for holding up. They will hold up just as much as an aluminum pike if not better.

Finally found time to get this build started. A friend's helping me trim and paint the parts. Need feedback if we're on the right track!

These are really easy pieces to do there are templates and you would just bend the plastic for the arm and the ab would be a simple scaling to the individuals size. Unfortunately I'm no good with craft work and don't have the time to learn/practice. So sourcing them from other makers is my only opt...
