From this picture you can see that the cloak looks to be more than 1inch off of the ground. Also that it has the ATOC look to it because of the two arm slits.

I know Im missing the Kama and Boot spats... I also know I need get tuck in the suit better. Other than that does it look good.. By robe are you talking about a robe like the movie Guards wear? If so I'd say the material should be the same as movie guards only black instead of red.
