Re: Gruff's ROTJ Build - Updated 6th June, 2014
Huh, this never occurred to me before, but I like it. I'll have to look into getting one for my wife's pike.

Re: My Bucket is air conditioned
They can be noisy, but then guards don't do a whole lot of talking and as long as my wife can see me, she tends to just follow the crowd. We're working on getting some piping done up that will go from the unit to inside the helmet to see if that reduces the noise any.

Re: How to shape a visor...
Looks good, I've got the same visor to replace for my wife helmet. Having done TK lenses before I'm pretty comfortable using a heat gun to shape as needed.

Re: Build order suggestions
I don't think there's any real 'required' build order. Not like other costumes that require other parts before you can make adjustments. Vader for example pretty much dictates that you have your shoulder armor before hemming the cape. Even still there's not a hard and fast rule of order this before ...

Re: Big head, what helmet...
FP and CP ar two different suppliers simply competing in the same market. I've bought from both of them and their product quality really is excellent. Ramiro (FP) is a great communicator as is Claudio (CP) and worked with me on my order to get me everything I needed. I even worked out a deal with Ra...
