Hi Jester,
That is a great tip regards the air gap, tomorrow I am putting in a dark lense and I am thinking of putting some washers between the helmet and the visor to assist air flow.

thank you guys for that, some padding for the shoulder pads for aesthetics is what it shall be. While I have your attention, by the time my outfit is ready we will be coming into the spring here, what is the best way to keep air in the helmet fresh, ie a fan not just pushing around my old air.
