Re: New gloves/boots from Keep Trooping - 1/22/24
Those are some pretty good prices. Gloves, Boots and shoulder padding for $250.00. That's making me reconsider doing a AOTC Guard because I wanted to use my black boots from my Officer.

Re: help identifying helmet and making it fit
What kind of shape is it in? Just some scuffs and the crack in the visor area? I'd be removing that anyway for a larger visor.

Re: help identifying helmet and making it fit
Thanks all, it's a Don Post. I figure cutting the back and filling it in may be too much trouble so I'm gonna go the 3D print route instead and make a Shadow Guard since they're lightsaber using Force sensitives, which are the two requirements for joining Saber Guild so they're cross-club compatibl...

I've used it for the local club I'm in because while it doesn't pass 501st standards, it's still a damn good looking costume. However, I decided to finally upgrade it to mee...

Re: ROTJ Royal Guard Helmet
I have a local fabricator that’s fixing up and expanding my current helmet then making a mold to start making more. I can get his info for you. He does a lot of Mando helmets, and lots of folks in the Mercs know his work.

Re: Mounting an external audio pickup to a TR bucket
Depending on how far the bottom of the helmet sits from your chest, you may be able to tape a small lavalier microphone to the bottom point, mic tip pointing down.

Re: HELP - Filler Primer Issue
Yeah, I had to sand down the primer, and got it down real smooth. Thankfully, the filler primer actually filled in what I needed it to fill in. So, while there was the cracking issue, the primer at least did its job. This helmet is going to be the death of me. Remember to use a silicon or wax and g...
