Re: Question of Kir Kanos CRL
Agreed, but that's what makes us, elite...It's just kind of ironic that those who are designated as guards have limited ability to 'scan' the surroundings. Either way though, the RG is still one of the coolest helmets in the SW universe

Re: Question of Kir Kanos CRL
Don't you mean right "standard" and left "greeblie"...I would stick with a left "standard" vambrace (red w/raised ridges) and a right "greeblie" one (grey with circuitry and doodads).

Re: Glaive kit project
The blade is 1.55, that's as small as it could go before it looked cartoonish. The "handle" you choose should have a 1.60 ID and a 1.75 OD, I would provide the information on where to get it after purchasing the kit.

Re: Glaive kit project
The resin would have some flex to it, but it would not stand up to full on contact with a more substantial object. The blades and endcaps are designed to work as the CE reference version. The blades can be housed within the handle and will slide through the endcaps with the option of locking them in...

Re: Historical Costuming
Well, I wouldn't call it historical but... All the leatherwork is mine, the soft goods were done by some friends that are involved in some small to medium size productions along with doing excellent costumes from every era. http://img204.imageshack.us/img204/5309/3032760519af6931e02d1pq3.th.jpg http...
