We went to a motorcycle paint shop. They matched the paint to the robe material and added a flex agent so the paint wouldn't crack if the helmet warped or got bent.

I was fortunate and got the larger of the Don Post helmets and a friend of mine has the smaller version (which is fortunate because we both fit our helmets). It does take some work, but it's a great helmet... As long as you're not claustrophobic and can control your breathing. I guess that's an issu...
